“LUCCA”: 3 wines + 4 cheeses – 40.00 € per person
We will taste a sparkling wine + a white wine and a red wine and we will pair them with fresh , semi-aged and aged cheeses produced with different milk ( Cow, Goat and Sheep ). Cross matchings which teach us how to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of each wine and cheese, will be effected. Handouts in English will be given at the beginning and at the end of the session to better understand the wines and to learn how to correctly taste cheese with wine.
